Can HR ID be input manually while registering teachers or staff through Auto Excel file?
No, It’s not possible while data is input from an Excel file.Teachers or staff can be registered through an excel file from the option “Teacher Information> Registration> Excel Form”.
Can the Basic Info of HR be updated without serial?
Teacher or staff information cannot be updated without a serial. In that case, the serial number must be inserted. From the “Teacher Information> Update Profile> Basic Info” option, the basic information and ID number of multiple teachers can be updated simultaneously and sorted serially.
Why is HR Custom ID Excel File not uploaded even though all formats of the Excel File are correct?
If the HR ID is duplicate then the Excel file does not upload even though it is in the correct format. From the option “Teacher Information > Registration > Excel Form”, the teacher/staff can be registered using Excel file custom ID.
How to view routine and payroll information from the teacher or staff list?
Go to “Teacher Information> Reports> Details> Teacher List, You can see detailed information about the routine and payroll of teachers.
How to download the teacher or staff list with images?
From the option “Teacher Information > Reports > Details > Teacher List” the list with photos of teachers/staff can be downloaded.
